Corporate Team Headshots

At 285th Street Media, we are committed to providing a seamless, efficient, and professional experience for organizations of all sizes. Our corporate headshot sessions are designed to minimize disruption to your workday while delivering consistent, high-quality images that enhance your team's professional presence.

Our group pricing is structured to provide greater value as team size increases:

  • 5–15 People - $150 per person
  • 16–30 People - $125 per person
  • 31–50 People - $100 per person
  • 50+ People - Contact Us for a Custom Quote

Customizations


Custom Package Enhancements

Every organization has unique needs. To provide the best possible experience, we offer a variety of customization options that add flexibility, convenience, and efficiency to your headshot session.


Additional Photographer

For larger teams or high-volume sessions, an additional photographer can be added to help keep the process running smoothly and reduce wait times. This ensures your team receives professional, consistent results while staying on schedule.

Rate: $120 per hour


Private Studio Sessions

Private studio sessions are available for clients who prefer a dedicated, controlled environment. This option includes exclusive studio access and professional lighting setup.

A studio fee applies to cover reserved studio time, setup, and breakdown.

Studio Fee: $500


On-Location Sessions

We offer headshot sessions at your office, workplace, or residence for added convenience. Our team will bring the necessary equipment and create a professional setup at the location of your choice.

Travel Fee: $50
